MENTAL WELLBEING BOOST

Introduction

There are many reasons people come to therapy and time in therapy can vary for different clients with different presentations but sometimes there are things we can do for ourselves before we hit the therapists chair, or even during therapy that can have a huge impact on our mental health. The body and the brain have a complex relationship and often, looking after our body better can really change how we feel mentally.

I have decided to run a programme and a little experiment and invite you to take part. Below you will see a link for a Google Form which asks questions about your lifestyle. The form is free to complete. Upon completion of the form, you are entered into the experiment. I will not share data with anyone, it is to be used purely for the purpose to ascertaining if these lifestyle changes do indeed improve mental health symptoms.

Alongside this I am offering for you to be part of a rolling group. The group will meet online once a week and will cost £25. This is to offer support, guidance and answer any questions. The longest you can be part of the group is 6 weeks. Once you have completed the form, I will send you a link. You can join or not, it’s up to you.
